About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships and translating business goals into clear, actionable direction. In this role, you’ll lead client meetings, document next steps, and develop thoughtful project briefs that help our team deliver meaningful results. A demonstrated background in understanding marketing technology platforms would be a great asset.
This role will begin as a part-time contract position, with the potential to evolve into a full-time salaried role with benefits for the right candidate who demonstrates strong alignment with our culture, values, and client impact goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings, review project status and pending items, and guide discussion on current and upcoming work.
- Translate client goals and discussions into actionable next steps and create comprehensive project briefs.
- Keep clients aligned by communicating timelines, priorities, and monthly project sprint plans.
- Ensure every client experience is proactive, well-supported, and consistent with our agency’s brand and values.
- Maintain strong familiarity with each client’s marketing systems, campaigns, and key performance metrics.
- Work closely with our Project Manager to support effective and timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing agency environment managing client accounts.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Experience working with marketing technology platforms.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- US-based only. Must be available to work east coast business hours (9-5 ET).
